The 2014 Inter Counties Cross Country Championships were held today in Cofton Park, Birmingham.

Highlights of the day included Matthew Shirling putting in a tremendous performance to take the U20 title, running out clear winner by 22 seconds, and Lucy Miller finishing in 7th place in the U13 Girls, helping the Merseyside team to 2nd place.
