EA U15/U17/U20 Combined Events Championships

Anna Rowe competed in the England Athletics Indoor Combined Events Championships on Saturday.

Off to a great start she set a new personal best in the 60m Hurdles with a time of 9.52. Unfortunately she felt a slight pull in her side after that event which got considerably more uncomfortable during the high jump. After receiving some physio she competed in the shot putt but the pain increased so she decided to withdraw from the competition rather than risk more injury.

Hopefully she won’t be out for too long and will come back strong ready for the summer. Wishing her a speedy recovery.
