British Athletics and the English Institute of Sport are looking for middle-distance runners to be part of ‘Project Pinnacle’.

Project Pinnacle is a series of projects designed to test cutting-edge physiological strategies to ultimately improve performance at the elite level. By becoming a Project Pinnacle team-member, you will not only get to try out innovative training techniques that will complement your current programme, but you will also receive other benefits such as a Nike kit drop and use of the new Polar V800 GPS watch.

The next project aims to optimise tapering strategies to enhance race-day performance and requires male runners (18-30 years, ~2min for 800m and/or ~4min for 1500m).
