National 12 Stage Road Relays

The National 12 Stage Road Relays were held at Sutton Park in Birmingham on Saturday, and the Men’s Team finished an excellent 14th place with a very young team. Well done to everyone who supported the team.

Liverpool Jumps and Throws Competition

Results are now available for the Liverpool Jumps and Throws Competition which was held at Wavertree on Saturday.

Special thanks to Ronnie and Harry and everyone else who made this well respected fixture happen again for another year.

 

Ernie Gallagher and Tom O’Mahoney Medal Meetings

The popular medal meetings were held again this year on a windy day at Wavertree. Thanks to the organisers, helpers and the officials for another good day of competition.

Chester Spring 5

Well done to James McNally and Callum Grant who placed 2nd and 7th respectively in the Chester Spring 5 mile race on Wednesday.

Irish University Championships

The Irish University Championships were held over the weekend in Belfast with Liverpool Harriers recording the following performances:

400m – 1st – Adam McCombe – 49.01
400m – 2nd – Jason Harvey – 49.03
Triple Jump – 1st – Conal Mahon – 14.00m
Discus – 1st – Marco Pons – 48.32m
Long Jump – 1st – Adam McMullen – 7.56m
