The Home of Liverpool Harriers
Our Clubhouse (opened in 1993) has changing rooms, showers, and a shop where the official Club vests, sweat tops, etc. are sold. It is situated beside the finishing line of the all-weather track at Wavertree Athletics Centre (2 miles from the end of the M62).
It's a busy but friendly place to get together before and after a training session.

Development of our Young Athletes
Within Liverpool Harriers we care strongly that all our young athletes should receive help and encouragement to allow them to achieve their full potential.
On the first day a youngster attends a Club training session, he or she joins an induction programme and will be assigned to a group under the control of one of our Coaches.
All our Coaches are qualified under the UK Athletics accreditation scheme - click here to see the list.
In accordance with the law, all our Coaches are also "Enhanced CRB Checked", to ensure they are appropriate people to be working with youngsters.

Would you like to join?
Just come along to our Clubhouse any Tuesday or Thursday evening, between 1730 and 1830. At our reception desk, you can fill in a Membership Form (click here for a copy) and pay your subscription.
Not sure if you would fit in? We allow newcomers to join our training groups on a "Try before you Buy" basis for a few weeks, before becoming a Member.
Current rates for Annual Subscriptions:
Senior Members £35
Students, Unemployed, OAPs (60+) £25
Aged 15 to 19 (U/17 to Junior) £25
Aged under 15 and over 11 years
(i.e. U15 and U13, School Yrs 6, 7, 8 and 9) £20
Aged under 11 years (i.e. School Yr 5 and under) £15
Ages as at midnight on previous 31st August. Minimum age for membership is 9 years. |
