Please note it was agreed at the recent AGM that membership fees for 2026 would increase for all ages groups, as EA are increasing their membership fees again by £3.
The increase would be £5 across all age groups and please note that we have absorbed the annual increases that EA have charged over recent years.
A large proportion of our membership fee, now goes direct to EA and Northern Athletics, with the remainder going to the club for maintenance, equipment, subsidising travel etc
Please note:
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash and should be completed using the online google form. Bank details are on the form, if you wish to pay online. Preference is to pay online.
Coaches and the secretary can provide the link to the Google form.
Training contracts will remain at £60 for 6 months(TBC at next committee meeting). Please ask at the club for details. This is a big saving for athletes who train regularly on club nights, rather than paying £2 training fee each time.
Memberships are due from Jan 1st 2026.

£70 per year
Members aged 20 years or older
Includes £23 affiliation to England Athletics, £2 to Northern Athletics

Members aged 15-19, Unemployed and Retired (60+)
Includes £23 affiliation to England Athletics, £2 to Northern Athletics

Members aged 11-14 (School years 6,7,8 and 9)
Includes £23 affiliation to England Athletics, £2 to Northern Athletics

All the above members rates will also contribute £2 per registered athlete to Northern Athletics as a registration fee
There are further discounts for family memberships – please ask at the main desk in the clubhouse. In addition members are required to pay training fees each time they use the track and clubhouse facilities unless they have a contract. These are currently set at £2 per visit.
