Congratulations to Katarina Johnson-Thompson on winning an Olympic Silver medal in the Heptathlon in her fourth Olympics. Kat started day 1with a solid 13.40 in the hurdles followed by 1.92m in the high jump. That was her biggest jump for 5 years. Kat the
