ERRA National Road Relays & U15/U17 5k Champs – Sutton Park -Sat 12th April
In the U17W 5k Road Race – Holly Cross won a bronze medal and Liverpool won silver
In the U15W 5k Road Race – Rebecca Murphy won a bronze medal and Liverpool won gold
Both the men’s and women’s senior teams were leading after 2 legs, however the men finished 17th and the women finished 14th.

We had a lot of athletes turn up to Trafford’s Easter Medal Meeting. The standout performance was from Josh Patino, who ran 48.77 for 400m

Sam Lambert was the standout performance with a 5th place finish in U13B race.

YDL Upper – Wavertree – Sun 27th April
The YDL Upper got underway at Wavertree with Trafford winning and Liverpool in 2nd place.

YDL Lower – Wavertree -Sat 3rd May
The sprinters had a field day at Wavertree with very strong tail winds. There was a lot of pressure on Liverpool having won the league last year and finishing 4th at the National finals and with quite a few U15 athletes moving up an age group.
There were some exceptional performances from our athletes an Liverpool won by around 100pts and a few athletes missing, so hopes are high that we can make another National Final, which we are hosting this year.
Results will be on the YDL site later this week.
US action
Over in the US, Steph Driscoll ran 2:08.05 over 800m and 4:19.36 over 1500m. Lucy Miller ran 18:13.57 over 5000m and 4:39.72 over 1500m
Ethan Ackroyd ran 1:54.48 over 800m and 3:47.53 over 1500m
