Please be aware that the first two rounds of the Northern League have been cancelled as no venues are available to host and the National League match at Wigan is now on the Sunday rather than Saturday.
Merseyside County Championships are due to take place at Wavertree on either 21st or 22nd August.
Prices of club vests have increased to £13 and £14 for small and large vests respectively. Crop tops, which are more expensive have been ordered and will be in stock in the next few weeks.

James Williams is in the GB squad for the World Athletics Relays (either men’s 4x400m or mixed 4x 400m). This takes place in Poland on 1st and 2nd May.
Trafford junior meeting 17th April
The pick of the performances were from Molly Carvell, who ran a very quick 800m for an U13G in 2:24:02 and from Mayley Koroma and Sadie Madigan who made their track debuts.
Mayley jumped 4.62 in the long jump and 14.39 for 100m, whilst Sadie cleared 1.42 in the High Jump and ran 29.02 for 200m.
In addition Lexie Ellis smashed her 800m to run 2:30.23 and Holly Cross broke the 4 min barrier for 1200m

Trafford senior meeting 24th April
We had a huge number of athletes appearing at Trafford and we saw a lot of personal bests or season bests. Henry Nwoke improved on his impressive start two weeks ago in the 100m and 200m recording 10.63 and 21.42 respectively. Emily Gargan, who has joined us this year, leapt out to 5.72m in the long jump and the likes of Josh Redmond(800m) and Jack Gilland(400m) ran impressively to record PB’s. Sheffield – Emma Alderson ran 25.88 for 200m
Loughborough – Osian Jones started his hammer season with 69.73
In the US, Cameron Field ran 3:47.99 for 1500m and Liam Burthem ran 14:34.86 for 5000m at the same meeting and Liam ran 3:52.05 for 1500m a week later
Loughborough – Emma Alderson ran 56.45 over 400m.
Yeovil – Lewis Guest triple jumped out to 13.98m
Tim Duckworth had a crack at the Olympic qualifying for the decathlon, but being well short of the target, dropped out before the 1500m when on 7158pts. Performances were 100m 10.64, 13.84 shot, 7.80 LJ, 2.08 HJ, 51.31 400m, 14.52(w) 110mH, 40.95 Discus, 4.82 PV, 39.03 Jav.
