National XC Championships – Parliament Hill Big congratulations to Ella McNiven and our U17 Women. Ella added to her many titles by becoming U17W National champion. Ella also helped the team to gold winning by a large margin. Congratulation to Faye Irel

BUCS Indoor Championships – Sheffield Quite a lot of our university students travelled over to Sheffield for the British University Championships Big congratulations to Danielle Webb who smashed her PB and became champion in the 800m in a time of 2:10.5
British Indoor Championships – Birmingham Liverpool Harriers had 9 athletes invited to the championships including 3 ladies in the Women’s 400m. Katarina Johnson Thompson took the long jump title with 6.71 which was the third longest jump in the world
Armagh Road Races Quite a few of our athletes made the trip over to Northern Ireland to compete in the Armagh road races. These road races are renowned for fast times and very good depth domestic fields. This year was no different with 91 men inside 15 mi
