Northern Athletics U13/U15 Champs – Sheffield- Sun 1st Feb
We had a good turnout of junior athletes and we came away with two medals.
Bobby McEvoy won gold in U15B 800m
Edgar Walsh won bronze in U13B 800m

Cross Challenge – Parliament Hill – Sat 7th Feb
Mia Ford was our only competitor finishing 9th in U15G race
MACCL – Heaton Park – Sat 7th Feb
A few athletes competed in the MACCL at Heaton Park. A few athletes made top 10, but no medals or team medals

EA – U15/U17/U20 Indoor Championships – Sheffield – Sat 7th & Sun 8th Feb
Hollie Cross picked up a bronze medal in U20W 1500 (finished 5th, but two guests finished ahead of her)
Millie Jackson smashed the U14G 300m record with 41.69

L&D XC Champs – Clarke Gardens – Sun 8th Feb
We managed to get a mens and womens team out for the championship finals. Both teams finished fourth on the day, with 3rd place individually for Harry Lupton

UK Indoor Champs – Birmingham – Sat 14th – Sun 15th Feb
Congratulations to Kate Anson, who became UK Indoor champion in the high jump with a 1.84m Jump.
Emma Alderson was our only other competitor, running 56.32 in 400m
National XC Champs – Sedgefield – Sat 21st Feb
The national cross country championships were up in the NE this year and we had a few competitors

Over in the US, Liam McCay has run 8:31.41 and 14:50.18 over 3000m & 5000m.
Jonny Mellor has also been selected to represent GB at the European Championship in Birmingham in the marathon.
