NA Cross Country Relay Championship – Sheffield.
On an initially cold but dry day many travelled over to Graves Park, Sheffield.
U11 Girls finished 12th overall
U13 Girls A Team were 5th and the B team finished 29th.
The U13 Boys finished 8th overall.
We had no U15 Girls team but the U15 boys A team finished 9th and the B team were 30th
We had no U17 women’s team on the day, but the U17 Men in the second race finished 11th overall.
We had 2 senior women’s teams with the A team finishing 7th but were the 6th A team with the B team finishing 20th.
The men had 3 complete teams and thanks to Peter Brame (V50) to step in last minute after a dropout.
The A team medalled in 3rd place with the B team placed 1st B team and the C team were the first C team but unfortunately didn’t receive any award.
It was nice to see the team spirit by all on the day.
Thanks to Mike Dooling for over seeing the Team Management side of things ably assisted by some parents.
