Congratulations to Faye O’Hare, who smashed the club 5k road record at Battersea on NYE with a time of 16:08.
Mark Ryan ran and completed in 15:48
Faye has now been selected to represent England at the Armagh 5k on 7th Feb and was also a late call up for a XC meeting in Belgium on 25th Jan

The men’s team finished 2nd with Harry Lupton finishing 2nd. Having won the first two matches, the men’s team won the overall team competition
10th/11th Jan – Northern Indoor Sen/U20/U17 Champ – Sheffield
We had a very successful medal haul at Sheffield and a club record.

in addition Alice Jones broke the U18W 60m record with 7.68
11th Jan – Valencia 10k
Congratulations to Jade Morgan who smashed the 10k club record running 32:28. Mike McCarthy went sub 30 for the first time with 29:53
17th Jan – EA Para championships – Sheffield
Congratulations to Elliott Griffiths who won silver in the LJ with 6.24m
18th Jan – Manchester Indoors – Sportcity
After running with a heavy cold at Sheffield last week, Alice Jones had recovered to run 7.59 over 60m and improve her U18 club record.

18th Jan – Sportshall – Greenbank Academy
The final match took place at Greenbank Academy, with Liverpool hosting after three consecutive trips to Crewe.
The U11 teams both finished 4th overall, with the U13B finishing 3rd and the U13G finishing 2nd.
A large number of Liverpool Harriers athletes have been selected for Merseyside at the intercounties match at Wigan on 25th Jan
24th Jan – Northern XC – Pontefract
Pontefract hosted the Northern XC champs this year and we took a number of athletes over to Yorkshire to compete
