EA U15 & U17 Championships, Bedford – 31st Aug -1st Sept Just a handful of athletes competed at the national junior championships at Bedford, but Liverpool Harriers came away with 4 medals. Neave McGhee opted for the 300m at this championships a
Mystery 5K – Race 5.
Mystery 5K – Thursday 5th September The Mystery 5K race 5 took place on Thursday. There was a reasonable turnout with a just over 130 runners entered in the main event and a decent turn out for the mini mile. The men’s race was again won by
