Mid Cheshire 5k – Kingsley

The Mid Cheshire 5K doubled up as the England 5K Road Race Championships. There were 13 Liverpool Harriers competing.

YDL Upper – Carlisle

With a change to the YDL groups, Liverpool and Sale were put in with the four Scottish teams with the Scottish teams hosting at neutral Carlisle.

Unfortunately, Liverpool had a severely depleted team and finished in 5^th place on the day, but the scrutineers have reviewed the results and promoted us to 4^th. With a home match next up, we expect to put out a much stronger team and be more competitive.

National Relay Championships – USA

Tim Duckworth was back out in action again with a fast 110m Hurdles 14.19(w). Tim also ran a leg of the 4×400 for his university.
