English Schools T&F Championships – Sportcity 9/10/11 July
Congratulations to Ethan Flaherty who picked up a silver medal at the English Schools Championships in the senior Boys 400mH. Liverpool Harriers had 9 athletes representing Merseyside and one athlete representing Cheshire.

EA Championships – Bedford 17th/18th July
Congratulations to Emma Alderson and James Williams who both won medals at the EA Championships. Emma came 3rd in 800m having ran in the 400m earlier in the day and James Williams came 2nd in the 400m in a PB of 46.51

YDL Lower – Bebington 18th July
Our YDL lower team finished in 3rd place on a very warm day that was perfect for sprinting. Although we were missing a few athletes due to injury or isolation, the team put in some excellent performances missing out on 2nd place by 4pts. It was also good to see so many new athletes competing for the club for the first time.
Valerie Teare continued in her impressive form to run 3:44.6 in the 1200m to put her 8th on the UK all time list. Elliott Griffiths, in his first ever high jump competition jumped 1.41m to go into the top 10 in the country and there were plenty of other fine performances.
