British Athletics Championships, Birmingham
A very large contingent of Liverpool Harriers achieved the qualifying standard to compete in Birmingham.
Congratulations to Anyika Onuora and Tim Duckworth who took gold in the 400m and Long Jump respectively. Katarina Johnson-Thompson took silver in the High Jump and all three will line up to represent GB at the European Championships in Berlin.
Osian Jones, Jamie Webb and Jonny Mellor all achieved top 10 finishes in their events

A small team made the long trip up to Carlisle again and put in a very creditable performance against the best Scottish teams and Sales Harriers.
Despite some excellent performance on the day, the team finished 6th and will play in a much more regionally based league next year.

Tour of Merseyside Southport10k/Half Marathon
Graeme Howell won the 10k event and we had 7 athletes compete in the half marathon.
