Zoe finished second in the hammer and Ella won the 3000m
YDL Lower – Middlesbrough
With Stockport almost guaranteed promotion and Sheffield likely to get relegated and of the other four teams could have got promoted or relegated. For Liverpool to get promoted they had to finish ahead of Gateshead and 2 places ahead of Hallamshire.
We took a very strong squad and we put out some excellent performances to finish 2nd on the day behind Gateshead.
This meant that Stockport and Gateshead gained promotion with Liverpool just missing out by 1pt.

KJT, Anyika and Tim Duckworth were all in action last weekend in London
KJT – LJ 6.70m SB for 5th place
KJT – HJ 1.91m SB for 9th place

A Small number of athletes turned out at Trafford on Tuesday with PBs for Jamie and Joe Ford.

Welsh International – Swansea
Holly Smith and Stef Driscoll were selected to compete for North of England U20
Holly jumped 12.15 (PB) in the TJ and Stef ran 62.09 in the 400mH
